34 speakers from 28 countries will participate. The main topics include: EE & Renewable Financing, Energy Efficiency and Decentralized Energy, RES Electricity & Smart Grid Platform. Special accent will be put on the Waste-to-Energy.

– ‘Low-Carbon Communities – Mayors Meet Opportunities’ – it is a free workshop for local and regional authorities organized by LG Action. It provides an update on local energy action in Central and Eastern Europe and presents the trends, opportunities and achievements of local governments to meet the vision of 100% renewable energy future by 2050.
– The First Business Forum ‘Solar Balkans 2011’ – it will show the opportunities for investment and production of solar devices and plants in the region of South-East Europe.
